Great training session today (Brick Bike-Run)

Very important workout today…First run in 10 days after minor injury in my right calf. I watched the Olympic TT race while on my bike, it was awesome, then practised transition and went for a short run with the dogs to test the calf out.
I am extremely happy with the outcome, good vibrations all the way.
