Good and solid week of training. Back on running (didn’t do the long run for caution). Summary:

Workouts: 12

Training time: 13 hours, 37 minutes

Swim: 5.500 mts.

Bike: 361,37  km

Run: 20,27 Km

Now the real countdown starts: 10 weeks to go for Kona!
