Another solid week of training, specially considering that I travelled to the US in the middle of the week!. Summary:

Workouts: 10

Training time: 13 hours, 42 minutes

Swim: 5.500 mts.

Bike: 247  km

Run: 49,91 Km

9 weeks to go for Kona!
