3 sports today

Another good training day:
Started with a good run, first serious one after the calf injury. Felt heavy legs, but happy with the result. Then commuted to the gym on my fixie bike, swam 30 minutes and back.

Another good training day (brick bike-run)

Tired, but happy with the day. I knew since I jumped on the bike that I will suffer, legs were not fresh because of yesterday’s effort.
My Garmin heart belt goes crazy from time to time, need to fix that out…I just cannot reach 218 bpm in the run 🙂

Great training session today (Brick Bike-Run)

Very important workout today…First run in 10 days after minor injury in my right calf. I watched the Olympic TT race while on my bike, it was awesome, then practised transition and went for a short run with the dogs to test the calf out.
I am extremely happy with the outcome, good vibrations all the way.
